About me: I have a masters in computer science and am working for a well known company. My OPT: Started in the first week of June 2013 and will expire in the first week of June 2014 Situation: I need to travel to India either in the month of Jan 2014 or Feb 2014 and will be returning to USA on or before 20th Feb. My question: When I re enter the US, my OPT will be valid for around 3.5 months. So will that be an issue during my immigration? I'll be carrying all the documents necessary but I just need to know if the 3.5 months thing may raise any eye brows. Please do reply. Thanks ! Link to comment
