Changing company in 6th year of H1B

Hi,

 

I am in 6th year of H1B & got my I-140 approved (2012) with the company A. I got a new job with company B, but got H1 approval only for 2 years (until Sep 2015)

 

a. What if Company B files my PERM in 2014 and if it goes to audit and is not resolved before Sep 2015 ? Will i get another extension without the PERM approval (as it is still under processing and filed before 365 days)

 

b. What if Company A revokes/cancels my I-140 while my PERM is still in process? will it have any impact on my future extensions or my H1 validity with Company B?

 

Please suggest.
