sushruta Posted October 3, 2013 Report Share Posted October 3, 2013 A PERM recruitment effort was conducted for my husband by his company which ended July 16 or so. Due to some delays on the attorney's side the PERM was filed Sept 13. The employer changed his location September 30. The new location is within five miles of the current location and is in the same county. That seems like the area of intended employment is the same. Will this effect the PERM or should we just go ahead and report the address change simply? Is there a timeframe for reporting and is any documentation required? Link to comment
