H1B transfer post resignation

Hello - I just resigned from a company A after I got an offer from company B. Company B took care of the H1B transfer but I have not joined them yet.

 

In the interim, I have accepted an offer from Company C who will be starting the H1B transfer. Since I have resigned from Company A and have NOT started from Company B yet, would there be any legal implications if I wait until Company C completes the H1B transfer. Request your immediate inputs.

It should be fine. Better get it done in premium processing. The only issue I have is what would be your situation if H1B transfer with C gets denied and your employer B revokes H1B if you do not join them?

While ethically unsettling, but legally fine, I can hold on from informing Company B about my intentions and delay that till the USCIS receives Company C H1 papers. What are your thoughts?

Better to delay it till your H1B petition from employer C is confirmed.
