H4 to F1 COS approved on Sept 9th and did not receive i-797 hard copy untill now. Normally it takes 10 business days i suppose.
Did anyone encounter similar situation. Is there any way to contact USCIS to track apart from calling them? Appreciate if someone point me in right direction.

I am sorry I misunderstood. Only option is to contact USCIS with your receipt number. Did you change your address in between?
