Hello All,

 

Initially My H1 trasnfer petition was approved for ATL location. I have changed my job location from ATL to OH and Have approved LCA for my new job location. I am planning to travel to my home country for my mother immediate medical care in 10 days and returning at JFK POE. Should I need to have my H1 amendment as well for the location change or just a LCA would do? If I need to have amendment, I do understand I cannot get that in 10 days. Do I have any other option?

 

I am really in need of some experts opinion as the answer would decide my entire plan. Could you please help me out asap.
