H1 Stamping in INDIA

Guys -

 

I am on L1B extension with company 'A' which ends on July 2014. I also have  approved I - 797 with company 'B' and start date with the company is November 16th.  I am planning to go for H1 stamping before end of October back in India without resigning company 'A'. 

 

Since i am worried about stamping i would like to resign from company 'A' once my stamping is done for company B.

 

Do you guys see any issues over here?
