impact of US government shutdown on H1-b Transfer Process

Hi, All

currently working with Employer A.

I have an offer from employer B. he agreed to transfer H1-b (filing for first time). His lawyer have obtained LCA and lastly when i spoke, he is going to send application to USCIS on yesterday (monday).

I believe it should reach USCIS by today to tomorrow (wed).

 

how does the US government shutdown affects for H1-b transfer process?
