NORI documents - Delhi MHRD

Hi All

      I am about to send my attested copies of NORI documents to India. I was confused with the Delhi MHRD address.

I found the following address in in Embassy of India website.

The Department of Education,

Ministry of Human Resource Development,

ES-5 Division, Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi- 110 001.

 

But in this forum I read that the right address is

Human Resource Department
West Block - 1
Wing - 6, 2nd Floor
R.K. Puram
New Delhi - 110066
 

I read in MHRD website Govt of India that the address is

Section Officer, ES-5 Section,

External Scholarship Division,

2nd Floor, Wing-6, West Block-1,

R.K. Puram, Delhi-110 066

 

Please help me with the right address.
