Arro0817
Hi, I am going for visa stamping in this month. This is my first h1b visa stamping. When i was opt my previous employer ran 3 month taxes for NJ while i was working in Indianapolis. From past 2 yrs i am with another employer and my taxes are paid right for the right state, I am going for stamping will there be any problem if the VO asks for previous tax returns? If so what be the best answer for it? Also i have one year pay stubs and copies of w-2 for previous years will it be ok?? Kindly help. Link to comment
