H1b amendment with same petitioner and diff client

Hi all,

I got h1b amendment approved recently with diff client from the first one. For the first visa rejecetion my employment model is EVC, and now it is EC model. I attended visa in march which got denied under 221g. From last 6 months i am in india not working, for the approved petition i am planning to attend for visa, dont have paystubs for last 5 months, what shall i tell when VO ask for the recent paystubs. Will that affect visa approval chances. Please suggest me.

Iam in same boat. I have few question on H1 amendment.

1) Will i get new petition papers (i-797 and i-129), if i get approval of H1 amendment. Because my original Petition send back to Uscis by VFS consular for re-validationg.
