Murari999 Posted September 29, 2013 Report Share Posted September 29, 2013 Gurus....belle..plss advise... I have I485 pending since 2007 filed under EB3. This was filed by previous employer. Now my current employer is filing under EB2. My labor just got approved. My attorney is getting ready to file my I140 using premium processing. What do I need to do make sure my priority date from 2007 is used to get my green card quicker. It has been a loooooooong wait and I would like to make sure nothing is messed up. Belle Posted September 30, 2013 Report Share Posted September 30, 2013 You pending I-485 already has the earlier PD. There is nothing you need to do about that. What you need to do is to fill out the I-140 correctly so that your I-485 is upgraded to EB2. For that, there is a space on the I-140. Link to comment
