f1 to opt to DBA

Hi there,

 

I am an international student, done with my masters and even OPT. My employer applied for H1b but application wasn't selected in lottery process. My OPT was expired in July. 2013. I have taken admission in Doctorate of business administration at some reputable university.

 

1) Can I apply for pre completion OPT? Are there any chances for its approval as I have already taken an OPT?

 

2) I know I will have to wait till one year to get my CPT approved, by the time can my employer file for my H1B next year in April 2014 even though I won't be working for him at that time as I don't have any work authorization now?
