I am a US Citizen want to apply GC for my brother. My brother and his family want to visit US some time next year (Visitors Visa). Can they visit US after i apply GC for them.

If they already have a visitor visa it could be ok. But, if not and if you apply for their GC forget about them getting a visitor visa after that.

 

Also, I hope you know the wait time to get a GC for your brother if you apply now, especially if you are from India.

No. If you do so what's the guarantee that they will leave US after their vacation since you have filed for GC.

The immigration law is that B visas do not allow (dual) immigration intent, and if a person has filed for permanent residency (green card), then they obviously have immigration intent.  In other words, a person cannot get a B visa after they have filed for permanent residency.
