F1 to H1b Change of Status shows Completed

I have a question regarding my h1b petition applied for this year FY 2014.

 

My employer submitted H1b application Regular Processing under Master's Quota .

H1B submission date: April 1,2013

CAP-GAP End Date: September 30,2013

RFE date: April 30,2013

RFE Response Submission date: June 19,2013

 

I called SEVIS and they told me that Change of Status from F1 to H1B COMPLETED on September 9,2013.

 

Need suggestion on my case ...  am i in ACTIVE status or OUT OF STATUS .

1.What will be my status from October1,2013.

2.What is COMPLETED Means?

3.What are the options i have now?

That is just SEVIS update. The question is did you get H1B approval notice. If yes,

(1) You are still in status till Oct 1st 2013.

(2) Change of status.

(3) Joining employer by Oct 1st 2013.

When i called the SEVIS multiple times one person says my Change of Status completed back in July 2013 and other person says on September 9,2013 the status got completed.I'm totally panicked now.

 

I haven't recieved any notice from USCIS regarding my case and my employer raised couple of service requests to speed up the process but no use .

 

My questions are

 

1.I want to transfer to another school to maintain status but my Status shows COMPLETED am i eligible to transfer out.

2.What will be my status from OCTOBER 1,2013 if my case is still processing at USCIS.

3.When will the Grace Period starts ?

On October 7,2013  i saw my case status online and it displays decision as "DENIAL".

This is what i saw on ICE website about CAP GAP.

 

What information appears on the Form I-20 if an F-1 student is

eligible for the cap gap extension of F-1 status and OPT?

If the F-1 student has an approved current or future post-completion OPT

on the date the pending or approved change of status request to H-1B is

received from CLAIMS, SEVIS will be updated with the following:

 

F-1 status and employment authorization for this student have been

automatically extended to September 30, [current year]. The

student is authorized to remain in the United States and continue

employment with an expired employment authorization document.

This is pursuant to 8 CFR 214.2(f)(5)(iv) and 8 CFR

274a.12(b)(6)(iv), as updated April 8, 2008, in a rule published in

the Federal Register (73 FR 18944). Additional information about

the automatic extension can be found on the Student and

Exchange Visitor Program Web site at www.ice.gov/sevis.

Also, the Employment End Date of the approved current or future postcompletion

OPT will be updated to September 30,Current Year

 

How will my status shows completed before September 30,2013?

 

 

Can i apply for MTR or Motion to reconsider?

 

Can i apply for Re-instatement from an accrediated University ?

 

Am i eligble for H1b Next year  while the re instatement is pending?

 

I haven't recieved Denial Notice until now..... what to do  now??/

 

 

I really worried about my status now
