Mac13 Posted September 25, 2013 Report Posted September 25, 2013 Hello ..I have H1 B stamped on my passport from company A that expires in 2015. I now work for company B and am using my EAD for that and plan to enter the US on my Advance Parole when I leave the country. I am traveling to India and will be connecting in France. Instead of getting a transit visa to travel through France, I wanted to see if I could use my H1 B from my previous employer (company A) since it is valid till 2015. Please let me know if someone has been in a similar situation.
