Checking old petition validity

Hi,

I was having three year valid petition from october 2012 to september 2015 with company A.My visa stamping and I 94 are valid till september 2015.But after entering USA my same company A filed my new petition for another state and another project which is of 1 year and expiring in 18 february 2014.My question is that my old petition which was of 3 years validity till spetember 2015 is still valid or not?

It does not matter. If your I94 is going to expire and employer A does not plan to have you beyond Feb 2014 then start looking for a new employer who can file a cap exempt petition.
