Speeding ticket details in DS-160?

Hi,

I was in US for 5 years on L2 visa. I have Connecticut drivers licence. I got 2 out of state speeding tickets( New york & New Jersey) and paid penalty through my credit card. I was never arrested and attend any court.

Now again applying for L2 visa and filling Ds 160. what should i write for this question

Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime, even though subject of a pardon, amnesty, or other similar action?
