My H-1B was extended by Company A till December 2013, based on pending PERM which was filed in September 2011. 3. The PERM application was denied in January 2013 and Company A acted quickly and filed for another PERM in May 2013, and based on that PERM extended the H-1B till June 2015 (this includes some recapture time as well). 4. Due to resturcturing in Company A my position was eliminated and I got another job. Will I be able to transfer my visa to Company B to the full extent till June 2015 using AC21? How to extend my H-1B past June 2015? Link to comment
