I did my bachelor's degree in the field of Chemistry (not in marketing/finance/IT) But my MBA(India) and MS(US) is from markeing/finance/IT. Thanks. Link to comment

But your bachelor's is not from that field, and they won't consider your MBA or MS since it is not in the requirement. So I guess you won't be eligible for that job since your degree is not related to that job requirement. Link to comment

Your Job Description meant 4 years of Bachelors +5 years. Doesn't it (Job description) say anything abotu a Masters degree ? (Like "Masters Degree required + 2 years" or "MBA preferred with 2 years" etc..) Link to comment
