I am planning to bring my parents to USA on visitor B1 Visa. Can my parents go for stamping anytime before Nov 23 or is there any cut off time for this ? They can apply anytime with their own documents showing strong ties to home country and able to convince VO that they will return back after their approved stay in US. Link to comment
