Parents B1 Visa Stamping - Do i need to have valid H1 Visa ?

Hi,

My H1 Visa expires on Nov 23 and my company will be filing for an H1 extension as well soon.

I am planning to bring my parents to USA on visitor B1 Visa. Can my parents go for stamping anytime before Nov 23 or is there any cut off time for this ?

Your H1 has nothing to do with your parents B1 stamping.

Your parents visitor visa does not depend on you. They can apply anytime with their own documents showing strong ties to home country and able to convince VO that they will return back after their approved stay in US.
