"Have you belonged to, contributed to, or worked for any professional, social, or charitable organization?"

 

I am in USA and i am full time employee of US based company, what should I answer?

Then your answer has to be No

employment does not apply to this. A "professional organization" is like a trade association or group like IEEE or a Bar Association. Same with social/charitable organizations. Basically they want to know what your affiliations are, besides regular employment.

It's about if you are a member or have contributed to organizations like IEEE, ACM, Red Cross, etc.
