Visa status updated to Administrative processing

Hi,

 

I had an interview on 13th september 2013, the VO told me that it was approved and will take 5 business days to get the passport, but today when I checked the status it says administrative processing. I am confused, did anyone faced similar situation?

Same here - had my visa appointment on Sep 16th at Ottawa. Still waiting. Status says Administrative Processing

When you check your status on CEAC - what is your case creation date and status updated date?

Hello, Did  you get any update . I am in same boat. 

VO said that visa approved and took my passport and I-797  and gave me white paper for track. 

My Interview done @ 16th September, 2013. 

 

Still No update.

status update date sept 19 in administrative processing

my interview was on 11th Sept @Toronto .... was given 221G. my case status as of today shows: updated on 11th sept: "administrative processing"

I got an email from Loomis..they received my passport. I will call them tomorrow and will pick it up.

I went to interview this morning and I was given 221(g) requesting for addl documentation. Also my PIMS was not updated..I am stuck in Vancouver right now..Mine is a H1B visa stamp and did Masters here in US.

I had my Visa interview on 20th @ Vancouver which was approved by VO and seeing the status as "Administrative Process"

Friday , It was updated as : READY

This morning updated as again Administrative Processing.

No 221 G

Submitted my passport to VO on the date of Interview.

Interview on sep 20

application status "Admin Processing" till 26 sep

application status changed to "Ready" on 26 sep

application status again changed to "Admin Processing" on 27 sep

 

Please let me know when you got the passport and when your status changed to "Issued"
