Canada visitor visa processing 2013 los angeles by mail

I have sent all my documents including passport via mail to los angeles consulate on 08/28/2013 and was reached on 08/29/2103. I was thinking it may take more than a month as mentioned in the canada immigration website. Surprisingly, i got my visa approved on 09/17/2013 and got back the mail on 09/19/2013. Good luck for all my friends who are applying for canada visitor visas and H1b stamping in canada. Note: Use USPS express mail for sending and also for return envelope.
