Hi ,

 

I am working for company A and  my spouse applied for h1 visa (H4 to H1) in 2014 quota.

 

Recently I got offer from another company B , if I initiate  H1 transfer is this affect my spouse visa process as while applying for h4-h1 we provide documents (i797 etc) related to my current company.
