I94 lost

My most recent travel to this country was on Feb 10th 2013. Now, I have lost my paper I94 card and was trying to locate electronic form in this link https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html but no luck. It says Not found.

 

I am in the process of applying for my first H1 visa extension and I do understand that I would get new I94 If it gets approved.

 

Now, Do I really need to submit I-102 form to get new I-94 or Shall I wait for the extension to get approve? Please direct me the possibilities.

Isn't submitting a copy of I94 along with other documents a requirement to file an extension?

It would be better if you travel after approval of your extension. Talk to your employer's attorney.
