yuvakudu Posted September 18, 2013 Report Posted September 18, 2013 hi all, my interview is in october. first time h1 approved nov 2012. f1 to h1. lca has 60000. but actual pay corresponding to it since last 10 months is little less than the respective actual pay. any problem with this. can it be answered if i have to face that question. please let me know. thank you
omshiv Posted September 18, 2013 Report Posted September 18, 2013 if you were getting paid little less when you were on OPT then its fine...but when on H1B you have to get paid atleast whats mentioned on LCA.

Getting less pay means out of status.
