MY102006 EB2 INDIA approved - Now another problem

Recommended Posts

Got a welcome email for me and my husband. It is under DECISION now.

Priority Date: May 102006

Service center: TEXAS

485 received date: JULY 27th 2007

485 receipt date: SEP 22nd 2007

RFE: APRIL 2009 for medicals (Doctor's mistake regarding TB test).

NOW another problem....

My H1 and My husband's H4 extensions applied last year august.

We received an RFE request on MARCH 22nd 2011 with dead line date MAY 5th.

LAST WEEK We kind of submitted everything to VERMONT SERVICE CENTER.

Does this H1 and H4 extension (after submitting RFE documents) decision (either approval/denial) effect anyway to our approved green cards.

Does this RFE related documents create any problems to approved green cards.

Please reply me friends...I am kind of dying with all these questions and not enjoying the GREEN CARD approval emails.

H-1 B and green card are separate. Green card is

for your future employment. Do not get confused b/w both.

100 % no impact. Also you can visit uscis local office and get your passport stamped as permanent resident

if you have an approval letter in hand.

are you Eb2 category or PD port case?
