Mandakini Posted September 17, 2013 Report Posted September 17, 2013 Hi, if we have 2 I94 because of l1 to H1b COS, can we submit only L1 i94 while exiting, will it not cause any problem because we intend to come back on L1 and work for l1 employer? Moreover, I dont think my employer will share H1 I94 with me. Thanks! is it possible to exit on L1b I94. please help.

And, if you enter based on your L1 visa and approval document then you would get a new I94 on L1 status
