Mandakini Posted September 17, 2013 Report Posted September 17, 2013 Hi, Can we apply L1b extension from USA after expiry of L1b visa but much before the expiry of I94, as my visa is valid untill April 14 & i94 untill april 15. if Visa gets denied, do we have to leave US immediately? What is the max days we can stay out of status if extension gets rejected? Please help me to know these answers. Thanks!

If extension is denied then you have to leave immediately as there is no grace period.
