I want to attend the H1B interview in India. Will this have any impact on my stamping and as the case is still in progress can I attend the interview now and what should I opt in DS160 for convicted(YES/NO)?

The case is in progress and you are not convicted yet. The answer is NO. It will not affect your H1B
