replacing lost B2 visa

Hello members - My parents recently lost their indian passports and their valid B2 visas while on a trip to Europe. They have already filed a police complaint and are currently applying for new passports. Could you please provide information on how to replace their B2 visas. Do they have to reappear for their visa interview or will they need to submit documents to replace their visa? Please advise.
