The permanent custody of the child is with my wife and the biological father has visitation rights twice a month, though he has not visited even once since divorce which happend 2yrs ago. I attempted to adopt the child but the biological father denied his consent. Now I am getting sponsorship for L1 visa. Is my step son eligible for L2 Visa ?
