dependent case move back to INITIAL REVIEW today, from Post desiccation activity

1) My New employer filed H1 transfer in Premium.

2) I got USCIS auto mail by saying approved for ME and my dependent case. It also said that Premium process ends and normal process starts now.

3) When My dependent case status was in "Post decision activity", I filed AR11.

4) As, I am changing address so thought to file AR-11 online. It rejects for me as Attorney will receive it.

5) After I filed AR -11 online, my dependent case went back to "Initial review". - why ?

6) I call USCIS and asked them, they said - it will reach to new address.

7) My case is still approved state.

 

My question is, is it normal that dependent case move back to INITIAL REVIEW today, from Post desiccation activity, though address has changed for them. Or it is a potential RFE?

 

Can ayone put some light on it ?
