Extension Visa Stamping

Hi All,

 

I have my first visa issued till Jan 25, 2014

I also got my extension till 2016, April

 

Now I have plans going to India in Dec 2013

 

1) Do I need to mandatory apply for extension visa stamping or still I can come back on same old visa by Jan 25th

 

2) If I have to apply for extension visa stamping and if my visa gets rejected, can I still come to USA as I have valid visa      till Jan 25th 2014

 

3) I work for same employer and same client, I have amendment with E>V>C, am I eligible for visa waiver program ie drop box

 

Please suggest

(1) You could. But, not on Jan 25th. It is better to apply and get your extension approved before your travel back to US.

(2) Yes, but there is always risk involved.

(3) Check whether you fulfill all requirements for a drop box.
