I'm on OPT now and planning to apply for H1B next april. I should to India after that in june, at that time i will be on OPT extension. What will be my case... Can i just travel to India and come back showing my extension or am I not suppose to go at that time. You answers would help me a lot... Link to comment

Travel abroad after a change of status is approved but before it is effective may be possible, but different facts and circumstances must be taken into consideration.
