vgupta123 Posted September 10, 2013 Report Share Posted September 10, 2013 Situation: - US MBA 2006-2008 - Joined a reputed consulting firm right after school on OPT; H1B applied and approved in 2008 - H1B stamped and effective since Jan 2009 - Stayed and worked in US till July 2011 on H1B, and then came back to India and since then working in India - now talking to an employer for a job in US Question: - will my H1B application be cap exempt?
