intended dated of employment in I129

Hi there, 

 

Given wrong dates for intended dated of employment in I-129  . My lawyer  have given 04/15/2015 to 04/14/2016 which is incorrect and contradicts the date provided in LCA(04/15/2013 to 04/14/2016). The petition got approved . However, I am planning to go for visa stamping this dec . Does it have any impact ? If so please suggest me how to correct this issue ?

Of course. You have to ask your employer's attorney to amend the H1B petition with correct date.
