H4 stamping after H1 transfer

Hi all,

currently, I have H1 stamping from company A till Apr 2015 and moved to company B six months ago and got my new H1 till Mar 2016. Iam planning to go for my marriage this November and planning to bring my wife along with me.

 

1. Do i have to go for stamping again for company B even though i have valid stamping till Apr 2015 from company A?

2. Can i send my wife for H4 stamping with my old visa stamping (from company A)?

3. Will there be any issue on POE when i return back to US?

(1) No. Carry with you company B's I797.

(2) Yes. Give her a copy of company B's I797.

(3) With what you had said the answer is no.

Also, it would be better if you give your wife a copy of your documents like I129, pay stubs etc. All the best for a happy married life.
