Successful COS from H1 to F1 back to H1

Hello ,

 

Has anyone done a successful COS from H1 to F1 to H1 (after I140 approval) ?

 

My 6 years of H1 got over in April and my PERM / I-140 didn't approve in time. So i did a change of status to F1 and stayed in the US(instead of going to India after my 6 years got over) 

 

Now my PERM has approved. I140 will be filed soon..... So wondering if i can do a COS/ file for H1 extension again even though my i140 will be approved after the 6 years 

 

Any feedback will be really appreciated
