How exp letter will IMPACT???

How experiance letter will impact for GC process.

 

As I do not have a experiance letter from my previous company where I worked for them for almost 8 years

 

Is there any alternate or Solution to help GC proceess

Experience letter should come from the previous company.

Whats the reason they are not willing to provide you exp letter?

 

You should request the HR dept & explain regarding GC.

 

Most employers will then give.

 

Alternatively you can request affidavits from 2 colleagues. But caveat is those employees should have joined before you & should have been employed after you left

Do you have the documentation from their H1b filing and extensions and describing your job , skills and matches etc?

Also, you do have paystubs

I am in the same situation now.... but I was on OPT when I left my previous employer... and he is not giving the exp. letter, for filing the GC, so what to do now?

 

I have the paystubs. Unfortunately I don't know any one from that company... what to do now? any alternative?

 

Please advice
