H1B Stamping after I-140 approval

Hi there,

 

I will be visiting India shortly and during my visit. I will be going for 7th year H1B stamping. I got my I-140 approval with 3 year extension. 

 

My prior 2011 H1B extension visa had clearance received. I wanted to know if anyone had got "clearance received" and how did it go with visa interview for later extensions?

 

Will there be any issues again, based on "clearance received" which I received in 2011?
