Previous employer out of business

My company is planning to file GC for me. They sent questionier asking my employement history(like address and phone numbers).

2 of my previous employers are out of business now. Can I just give company old address and phone number or can I mention that they are out of business and give any of my colleagues phone number for reference?

no..you just give their address and phone no...its not your concern to find out if your old employer has closed their business or not.
