nageshsqlserver.bi
Hi, I received RFE for my H1B regular processing on Aug 27 and they have asked for client details (SOW, PO and other details about end client). My end client got changed after I filed my petition and now I am working with a different client. Please suggest , can i submit the details about my new client or if anyone has faced this issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Link to comment

Obviously, USCIS will be expecting the documents related to your previous client. You cannot submit another client details now. Just do a search their are lots of ppl in this situation. I believe this is OP's first H1B petition. If so then, he can not request an amendment. Link to comment

Amendment cannot be done when your H1 is under process. Only approved petitions cane amended, that's the meaning of amendment( changes to the approved or existing agreements) Link to comment
