sateeshchadrach
Hi All, I have valid H1B until 2015 but stamping expired in Sep'2011. I'm going to Canada for H1B stamping and I'm traveling directly from Canada to India via Frankfurt with a layover of 1hr. My question is do I need a Airport transit Visa for Frankfurt? As in my case I don't have valid H1B stamping but valid Canada Visitor Visa. I googled around and got info regarding H1B validity but since I have valid Canada Visitor Visa i'm not required? The german site states * Valid temporary residence stamp in a valid passport (valid for one year from the date of issue). And lufthansa also said if i have Canada Visa I don't need one. Do anyone have similar experience? Link to comment
