RFE

Hi,

 

I have received RFE about a month ago, one of the consulting firms is sponsoring me. RFE is related to the client offer letter and also I did my bachelors not in computer science degree but working into IT. I am a software engineer. Have more than 5 years exp. 

 

My consulting firm is not giving me a proper answer and they are not sharing all the information. Am not even sure how long I have, to reply to the RFE. Can someone please advise me on this.

What advice we can give apart from you looking for another direct employer and not some shady consulting company.

what is your current status?? Did your employer submitted client letter for H1 approval??
