(1) With no information provided by you I would say personal interview.

(2) You stay away from sponsoring in-laws. They need to apply for a visa with their own merits.

(3) If you want then you can.

Hi All, Thanks for your reply..

I am giving some more info...

My daughter is 5 years old, she is on H4 visa...

I came to USA in 2010 on H1B visa with xyz consultancy and am with Same employer last 3 years, my visa completed last year 26 September 2012, now i am on extension up to 2015 (H1B running 4th year ), My wife converted H4 to H1 last year OCT 2012, now she has only one W2, I have three W2 forms.

Can I sponsor to my in-laws (My wife parents)?

My parents got Visa last year, now they are with last five months and they are going this week.

I am sending my daughter to India this week with my parents and She will come back after 6 months.

(1) Personal interview.

(2) Stay away from sponsoring. Let them apply with their documents. You can send them invitation letter with details of support you will provide them. VO needs to be convinced that your in-laws have strong ties with home country and not potential immigrants. That decided whether they would get a visa or not. If you sponsor them there is a possibility of denial. With their documents they would be able to convince VO.

(3) Yes, you can.
