G4 Spouse Question - Principal Applicants Name

Hi. My wife is currently working in New York on a G4 Visa.  I am living in another country and I wish to join her, so I am filling out a DS-160 non immigrant application form.  One of the questions asks, who the "Principal's Applicants Name" is.   Is this my wife who is working already on the G4, or is the answer to this question me, who is applying for the G4.
