Letter for oath not recieved even after 1 month of interview

My interview for naturalization was done on 24th July in philadelphia and officer has told that i have cleared it and he will send the letter for oath.I havent got any letter for oath and in online the status is shown as testing and interview.Will there be any problem in my case and do i have to take an appointment again to know the actual status
