how is vancouver h1b stamping appointment time working ?

i am living in seattle ,and trying to go to vancouver for h1b stamping,

 

and i go to

it gives me that next available time is with in 151 days

 

my question is that will they reopen anytime slot for 2013 september /oct ??

There are chances of getting earlier dates, but, you have to keeping checking very frequently. Even if any earlier dates open up, they get filled very quick!
